Musician as Designer

We are thrilled to announce the fifth installment in our ongoing Musician as Designer series, featuring the work of Nick Zinner. Nick Zinner is a founding member of Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Head Wound City, as well as an accomplished photographer with 3 books released to date. He resides in New York City.

About the Musician as Designer Series:
Traditionally, musicians have been involved in apparel design for their band's shirts by either doing it themselves or asking designers they like. We thought it might be interesting to see what happens when you ask musicians to create fashion, or graphic, t's.

Co-curated by Hisham Bharoocha and Soundscreen Design, editions began in October 09, and will be released throughout 2010. All editions are extremely limited-edition, printed on organic Alternative Apparel garments, and come with hand numbered hang tags noting edition and designer.
